Why Resilience and Collaborative Learning Matters Now More Than Ever

Given the nature of our work, we at the National Resilience Institute intimately understand that one cannot predict situations such as natural disasters or terrorist attacks that may occur prior to an event and how they will impact the event. With recent experiences, including major tropical storms that have impacted many across the southern United States and beyond, we were inspired to reconvene with our 2017 Resilience Summit sponsors, speakers, and some past participants to ask how we might make our upcoming event even more relevant to the current state of our world.
